We are happy to organize individual tours and training camps for bike groups and clubs, according to the specified performance level. If desired, we also arrange accommodation, bike shuttles, and rental bikes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The customer participates in mountain bike tours at their own risk. All participants in our technical courses, tours, and events must ensure that they have valid accident insurance covering the consequences of a possible accident. Likewise, valid liability insurance is required to cover damages that the participant might cause to third parties.

The organizer is entitled to exclude participants from the tour due to technical defects in their sports equipment or grossly negligent behavior. On our mountain bike tours, we mostly ride on unpaved bike paths/hiking trails. Therefore, it is always necessary to ride with foresight and to assess the difficulty of individual sections with personal responsibility, dismounting and pushing the bike if necessary. Italian road traffic regulations apply; as soon as you are on public roads, you must ride in single file.

For equipment, you need bike clothing adapted to the weather conditions. Helmets are mandatory for all participants. For freeride and enduro tours, we advise against clipless pedals unless you are very experienced with them. We recommend knee and elbow pads, and a backpack with a protector.

Children and teenagers under 16 years of age can only participate in tours when accompanied by their parents. Teenagers aged 16–18 can participate in the tour program by attending a technical course and with parental signature. No participant may leave the group without prior notification of the accompanying guide. Any travel expenses or transfer costs are not included in the participation fee.

Plose Bike Academy can cancel the event at any time in case of bad weather if the safety of the participants is at stake.
