INFO

ATTENTION!

Please note the following information to ensure smooth and safe organization of tours and courses.

Before registering for a tour or a skills course, make sure you meet the required technical level and trail difficulty. If these do not match your skills, we recommend choosing another tour or course.

If you have any questions, we are always available. We also offer individual courses outside our regular program, as well as private guided tours outside our area.

Please also note the rules of conduct and our equipment tips!

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation in mountain bike tours is at the customer’s own risk. All participants in our technique courses, tours, and events must ensure they have valid accident insurance covering the consequences of possible accidents. A valid liability insurance covering damage caused to third parties is also required.

The organizer may exclude participants due to technical defects of their equipment or in cases of grossly negligent behavior. On our tours, we mostly ride on unpaved cycle paths and hiking trails. Therefore, always ride within sight distance, assess the difficulty of each section responsibly, and dismount if necessary. The Italian road traffic regulations apply on public roads: you must ride in single file.

You need weather-appropriate bike clothing. Helmets are mandatory for all participants. For freeride and enduro tours, we advise against clipless pedals unless you are highly experienced. We recommend knee and elbow protectors and a backpack with back protector.

Children under 16 may only participate if accompanied by their parents. Youth aged 16–18 may join tours with participation in a skills course and parental consent. No participant may leave the group without first informing the guide. Travel or transfer costs are not included in the participation fee.

The Plose Bike Academy may cancel the event at any time in case of bad weather if participant safety is at risk.

By registering, you also agree that photos and videos taken during tours and courses may be published on our website. You waive any copyright claims.
